You mostly just explore and figure out how to get food for your strange hungry friend. Sadly, the game is pretty short and can be finished around half an hour. It’s supposed to be NSFW but at the same time, it’s not. Everything looks innocent with the little faces and all of the pink, but you will keep running into something that will constantly make you question why the game is so weird yet so interesting. There are also several times throughout the game that you feel disturbed at what’s happening, especially during the feeding scenes with the creature you need to feed. Your character can “ slap” and “ water” to interact with objects and other creatures, which leads to visual innuendos that the characters will sometimes comment on-even scandalously groan at.
